Spirits are high in Give, where once again this year we have been ranked No. 21 in the category of Denmark’s Best Workplaces 2025 for companies with 50–499 employees by Great Place to Work. It's a result we’re incredibly proud of and work hard to maintain, so we can continue to be one of the best places to work in Denmark.

Oase Outdoors is growing — and fortunately, our strong company culture is growing with us. An impressive 100% of employees agree that we have a great workplace. That’s quite unique and a true testament to the positive environment and healthy culture we have. At the same time, we have maintained a high trust index of 92% for three years in a row.

Our employees have shared why they enjoy their everyday work at Oase. Among other things, they highlight our strong team spirit, where we support and cheer each other on.
