Addressing the growing need for business agility, ease of operation and flexibility, Oase Outdoors enters the next stage of strategic planning by reorganising its internal structure to improve direct lines of communications required for efficient customer service. 

As part of this reorganisation, the UK and Continental sales departments have been amalgamated and now all report directly to the new Sales Director, Gert Johansson at the company's Danish headquarters. 

The Order department has also been brought into the new sales department to further enhance efficiency and direct customer contact.
